Homemade Chicken Ham

Ingredients:1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken (breast or thigh, finely chopped)1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprika1 tsp dried herbs (optional – thyme, oregano, basil)1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp vegetable oilInstructions:1. Prepare the Meat: Finely chop or grind the chicken.

Shape: Transfer the mixture into a plastic wrap or food-safe bag. Roll it tightly into a log shape. Tie the ends and secure with kitchen twine as shown.4. Cook:Option 1: Steam for about 1.5 hours on medium heat.Option 2: Simmer in hot water (do not boil) for 1.5 hours.5. Cool: Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for a few hours to firm up.6. Slice & Serve: Slice thinly and enjoy as a cold cut, sandwich filling, or appetizer.
